  I met Harry through a non-real estate related transaction, and we ended up talking about properties during our small talk. He was more than willing to accommodate me at his home for our first meeting, which spoke volumes about his credibility. Considering that I'm always busy during work hours, it was also great that he was available after 5PM.

Sim took over for Harry in the documentation process to secure my loan. He's brilliant and has a welcoming demeanor. As a first-time home buyer, I'm sure I had a lot of "weird" questions, but Sim answered them all with patience and understanding. Just like Harry, Sim made sure he was available for me after office hours, which made everything much easier than I expected.
